Two funded-cohort pathways

Access is defined before funding.

Family and School cohorts carry different product entitlements. The selected pathway is stated clearly in every tailored funding overview.

Family cohorts

Hope Seed Family

  • The core weekly journey: stories, questions, activities, progress, and milestones.
  • Non-sponsor funded cohorts: Moments is not included.
  • Sponsor-led deployments: Moments can be included in the tailored scope.
School cohorts

Hope Seed School

  • Every funded School cohort receives the complete School version.
  • Classroom lessons, activities, surveys, and leadership reporting are included.
  • Moments does not apply because it is a Family-only feature.
How it started

Brownsville showed the model.

A cohort of 100 educational licenses, delivered with the Consulate of Mexico in Brownsville, the Brownsville Public Library, and Friendship of Women, Inc. - a small, deliberate model built to be repeated.

What a funded cohort includes

Defined before launch.Accountable after it.

Every cohort begins with a tailored funding overview.

We map the family count, location, delivery partner, activation, duration, success measures, reporting cadence, and funding required. The Institute for Mexicans Abroad requested a plan to adapt the Brownsville model across additional consulates. Every funded cohort follows the same product, privacy, and reporting standards agreed before launch.
